Align Revit Floorplans in Sheets
February 2025
❝ Revit top irritation for me. ❞
🦘 When printing Revit floorplans to PDF, if they are not aligned, they start jumping around when going through pages.
I wanted an alternative to the old trick with the grid / line from the sheet corner.
So, I made a small Revit button to create perfectly aligned sheets from views. (using the same scope box and scale)
I am probably (very) biased, but I think my favorite part is that it works with different alignments and custom margins to the edges of sheets.

💻 Coding tip: To align views by scope box (and ignore annotations outside), I temporarily hide elements in the views using a FEC, place the viewport and then disabletemporaryviewmode.
